GSA Swim Programs

The Greensboro Swimming Association provides a broad range of flexible swim programs for athletes of every age. GSA’s programs focus on age-appropriate technique and conditioning to help athletes develop the stroke skills plus the physical strength needed to be versatile, successful, well-rounded swimmers.

GSA’s training schedules are completely flexible:

GSA coaches make training group assignments after careful evaluation of each swimmer’s skill and goals.
