The Greensboro Swimming Association provides a broad range of flexible swim programs for athletes of every age. GSA’s programs focus on age-appropriate technique and conditioning to help athletes develop the stroke skills plus the physical strength needed to be versatile, successful, well-rounded swimmers.
GSA offers a variety of swim programs for young beginners and home schooled children as well as individual private lessons. GSA coaches place swimmers in the lesson group that best matches their abilities. Swimmers are encouraged to progress from Beginner 1 to Beginner 2 and can transition to GSA’s Stroke School program as their skills improve. Eight 4-week 8-lesson sessions are offered each school year.
